Roberta earned her Master’s Degree in Economics and Commerce from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, an academic environment where she remained—initially as a Subject Expert in Labour Law and Social Security Law, and later collaborating for over a decade with the Chair of Labour Law at the Department of Legal Sciences of Ca’ Foscari University. In 2007, she obtained a PhD in European Law of Civil, Commercial, and Labour Contracts.
Roberta has consistently invested in her professional development, teaching Labour Law and Social Security Law for various institutions, organizations, and private entities. She has completed a First-Level Master’s in Labour Law (2005), a Master’s in Social Security and Pensions (2017), and a Master’s in HR Strategies for Sustainable and Inclusive Business Development (2023).
Since 2006, she has been a member of the Vicenza chapter of the Italian Labour Consultants Order.
Roberta currently serves as HR Manager at the Maffeis Group, where she draws on her solid experience in personnel management and business consulting, with a focus on contractual matters and internal organizational processes.
With an analytical mindset and a strong passion for Human Resources, she plays a strategic role in the digitalization of HR processes, particularly in the areas of employer branding, corporate culture, training and professional development, internal relations and climate, performance management, compensation & benefits, regulatory compliance, corporate certifications, and internal reporting systems.
Her approach combines technical expertise with a comprehensive vision, with particular attention to sustainability, inclusion, and the development of innovative and responsible HR policies.
