Paolo leads the U.S. operations of the Firm as Regional Director, overseeing structural design activities from the New York office. His background in structural engineering is complemented by hands-on experience across a wide range of building types and infrastructure, from stadium roofs and bridge structures to façade systems and digital twins. Paolo is fluent in U.S. codes and standards, as well as international design approaches, allowing him to operate seamlessly across global projects. He is currently engaged in the design and coordination of structures for sports venues and arenas, with a particular focus on long-span systems, ETFE roof and façade applications, and movable mechanical roof structures. His scope of work spans from early concept development through detailing and site coordination. Paolo’s leadership role includes providing technical guidance and driving business development, contributing to the Firm’s continued growth across North America.
