We’re looking for an IT support for our Dubai office with the following tasks:

  • Providing 1st and eventually 2nd level IT support to users in the Dubai office
  • Managing, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets from all company locations
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Managing user accounts (Active Directory / Microsoft 365)
  • Providing basic network support (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Supporting Windows client and server environments
  • Coordinating with HQ IT team in Italy for escalations, projects, and IT policies
  • Maintaining IT asset inventory and technical documentation
  • Conditions: as per UAE labour law standard contract
