Façade Structural Engineer
We are looking for motivated professionals to join our Façade Engineering Department in our Dubai Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Structural analysis and design of façade systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects;
- Development and verification of structural concepts for bespoke façade solutions;
- Preparation of structural documentation for project approvals and construction phases;
- Collaboration with the design team to integrate architectural and structural requirements;
- Use of FEM software to carry out structural simulations and performance verifications;
- Participation in client and project meetings to present and justify structural design choices.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Degree in Civil, Structural or Building Engineering;
- Genuine interest in façade systems and structural design;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams;
- Good communication skills and willingness to engage in international projects;
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus);
- Proficiency in FEM analysis tools (e.g., SAP2000, Strand 7) and structural design software;
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and BIM workflows is a plus;
- Previous experience in façade engineering or curtain wall systems is preferred.
