About

Sebastiano joined Maffeis Engineering in 2019. He specializes in design and management of creative processes, which are the core of our Value Engineering services. Sebastiano is a Civil Engineer by training and holds a PhD in Business Strategy and serves as Associate Professor at BI Norwegian Business School. His experience includes projects within the civil infrastructure (railways, highways, bridges, tunnels, harbors, hydropower plants), residential and office buildings, as well as urban planning.

Formerly Regional Director of Scandinavia, Sebastiano coordinates now Business Development activities for Maffeis Engineering across 13 regional offices in 5 continents.
