Gianluca has been working for Maffeis Engineering since 2012, having experiences with the design phases of the major projects developed by the company as stadiums, retractable roofs, special structures and temporary pavilions for exhibitions. He has ten years of work experience in the field of design and project management, developing competencies regarding the tender design and installation phases.

From 2007 to 2008 he worked in Shanghai for Finenco Architects as a project manager in the Chinese office, following preliminary design, building cost estimations and presentations to clients.

From 2008 to 2012 he worked as an architect in Studio Altieri SpA in Thiene (Italy) following the preliminary, and tender, and development design of health, education, exhibitions, and government structures.
