Gheorghe has been working for Maffeis Engineering since 2022. He has been involved in coordination of critical design phases of all larger projects, recruiting, training and organizing the engineering team and also managing multiple external teams and collaborators.

He has experience as structural engineer, trainer, researcher and software development for structural optimization and design, project management and coordination.
