Maffeis’ scope of work was to cover the internal and external sides of the façades of the rail station of Chemnitz in Germany, in the greater project of the station’s renovation, for a total surface of 6,000 m2. The material used for the internal side is the PTFE mesh and the external is built with ETFE cushions.
